How do I send my repair to you ?
Sending your repair to us could not be easier. Simply pack it in suitable packaging, print out our Repair Form, fill in the required fields, enclose it with your repair and send it to the address on the form.

When your package arrives with us, it's contents are checked against the Repair Form. It's then booked into the Service Department and all it's parts included (or not) are noted, along with any serial number. This helps us to not only to track your repair while it is with us, but to also to make sure you get back the right one and in the correct specification.
Please give as much information as possible about the fault you have experienced.
How long will it take for an estimate ?
We understand ' downtime ' is important and aim for 3-4 day turnaround on all repairs where parts are available from stock. Should there be any delay you will be informed of the new lead time. In some cases, some parts may be special order only.
How do you send my repair back ?
We will send a repair back by courier. It will be fully insured and require a signature on delivery.
